Mission: Massachusetts Youth Soccer, a nonprofit educational and service organization, is dedicated to the ongoing development of youth soccer players, coaches, referees, clubs and leagues in an inclusive, safe, affordable and fun environment.

Vision: Massachusetts Youth Soccer supports US Soccer’s efforts to make soccer the preeminent sport for all children, creating a lifelong passion and love for the game.

We Believe in:

• Commitment to education of coaches, referees and clubs;

Safety Above All

It is quite evident from our mission, vision, and belief statements that our youth participant’s health, safety and wellbeing are driving factors in all that we do and provide to our members. From the day a young child first registers to play all the way through their final years as a teenager, Massachusetts Youth Soccer makes every effort to provide the best possibleenvironment.

All Adult Participants of Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association and their member organizations are mandated (mandatory) reporters of any known or suspected child abuse. Abuse does not need to be confirmed. Adult Participants should never seek to conduct their own investigations.

The Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association Board of Directors approved updated Codes of Conduct for Coaches, Parents, Players and Referees by unanimous consent in September 2025.
