Register Now for Spring Soccer
by posted 01/03/2021

PYS is looking forward to the Spring season and registration for all age groups, from U5 Lil’ Kickers through U19, is now open.

ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST REGISTER FOR THE SPRING SEASON, EVEN IF YOU PLAYED/COACHED IN THE FALL, as the Fall registration was for the Fall in-town season only.  This includes players on the U12 and U14 Boys and Girls Select teams which trained this Fall.

Any questions regarding registration should be directed to the PYS Registrar,   (registrar.pys@gmail.com).

U10 – U19 Boys and Girls Travel (Coastal Youth Soccer)

Please register, as soon as possible, to avoid a late fee.  We need to submit expected player and team numbers to Coastal Youth Soccer by the end of January.  A late fee of $25 will be charged for any player registered after 1/25/2021 in the U10 – U19 age groups.

U5 Lil Kickers, U6, U7/U8 In Town

For our U6 through U8 age divisions, a late fee of $25 will be assessed on all players registered after 2/28/2021.

Financial Assistance

PYS is committed to making sure every child who wants to play, is able to do so…this year, more than ever.  We will continue to offer family discounts for any family with three or more players registered (Note: for the family discount to be calculated you must register all your players at the same time).

PYS, also, offers financial assistance.  If you need financial assistance, please contact the PYS President,   ( ).

For the boys and girls U10 and older boys age groups, Coastal Youth Soccer is planning on holding a spring travel season. We will maintain many of the protocols which were implemented for the Fall season (required masks for players, coaches and spectators, limits to spectators on sidelines, etc.), however, we expect to compete against other Coastal Youth Soccer league towns around the South Shore.

For the U6, U7/U8 and Lil’ Kickers age groups, we will be holding our, typical, in-town season focused on developing skills, playing games and having fun.

Return to Play – Covid Guidelines

PYS continues to monitor guidance from the Pembroke Board of Health, Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, and Massachusetts Youth Soccer, and makes any required adjustments to our Return to Play plan, as they are needed.  We had a very successful Fall season and are confident that we can provide a fun and safe play environment with the continued direction of our coaches and support and diligence of our players and families.  If guidance changes over the coming months, and we are not able to move forward with our Spring season, players will be issued a full refund.

If you have any questions about the 2021 Spring season, please contact the PYS President, ( ).

We look forward to getting back out on the fields.
