| Online Registration - Fall 2008 / Spring 2009 | Last Updated: August 12th, 2008 |
Pembroke Youth Soccer has again teamed up with
Active.com to provide you with the convenience of online registration. More
information on Pembroke's soccer program and registration Q & A is available in our
general Registration section. Before
you proceed with Online Registration please note the following:
IMPORTANT! If you are registering with Pembroke Youth Soccer for the first time, then you can not register through Online Registration. You must register at a walk-in registration and bring your child's proof of age (i.e. birth certificate).
The registration fees charged through our online registration process carry an extra processing fee. This fee is paid directly to Active.com for providing this service and does not go to Pembroke Soccer. The $340 max per family is available through Online Registration but the processing fees are extra so you would end up paying about $365 or so depending on the number of children you are signing up.
| Age Group | Paper Registration Cost * Including Late Fee |
Online Registration Cost ** Including Processing Fee |
| U6 | $80.00 | Not available |
| U7 / U8 | $105.00 | $102.18** |
| U10, U12, U14 | $135.00 | $134.13** |
| U16, U18/U19 (spring only - no late fee) |
$95.00 | $102.18** |
Players must be registered by a parent or guardian. You can not register someone else's child online.
Online Registration accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
For U7s and U8s... you should list
any requests for teammates or coaches under the field "Additional
Information". For example, you can put "same team" to request your
child stay with the same players/coach as this year. If you leave this field empty, there
is a very good chance your child will end up on a different team. Sorry but for U10s and
older we do not accept these requests.
You're now ready. Clicking the Logo below will start a new browser window for Pembroke's Online Registration.
If you have any questions/issues, please e-mail the Registrar, Andy Goodman.
