SECRETARY’S REPORT
Minutes from October 14, 2009 meeting were reviewed.

OLD BUSINESS
Preferred Parking Fundraiser
Fundraiser was a success. $1,808 was raised for the scholarship fund.
Recycling Program
Chris Campbell’s project is moving forward. Next step is for Chris to start
fundraising. PYS will help with fundraising notification. Chris hopes to have
everything ready for spring season.
Winter Soccer Update
Programs will be starting at SS Fieldhouse in January for U7-U10. Cost for U7 &
U8 is $60 and for U10 $120 (PTUSA will also provide training).
Revolution Ticket Renewal
Cost to renew tickets is $1383. Motion: Renew tickets.
Motion Passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Lisa Stoyle reported and presented updated financial report. Uniforms have been
paid for. REPORT ACCEPTED.
REGISTRAR’S REPORT
No report.
COACHING EDUCATION REPORT
Ralph Perrotto reported. Next G course will be 3/20 at the Fieldhouse. Next F
course will be 3/27 at the Fieldhouse.
COASTAL REPORT
No report
REFEREE COORDINATOR REPORT
Bill Tholen Reported. A few issues with coaches have been reported by refs and
were referred to coordinators. Board discussed need for procedures/ guidelines
for ref coordinator to handle ref issues. Bill Tholen, Andy Goodman, Mike
Cavalear, Jen Hardy and Dan Sullivan will prepare a proposal for future meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
PYS Tournament
Chuck Pulselli raised idea of PYS sponsoring a tournament. Fundraising committee
will begin to investigate idea.
Select Team Notification
Procedures for notifying select teams will be reviewed by evaluation committee.
