SECRETARY’S REPORT
Minutes from March 11, 2009 meeting were reviewed.

OLD BUSINESS
SCORPIONS FIELD RENTAL UPDATE
Agreement was reached with Scorpions to rent fields on Sundays for 80 games
at cost of $5,500 with knowledge that going forward we will be charging on a per
game basis.
COACHING EDUCATION / PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
Proposal is tabled until April meeting.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Lisa Stoyle reported and presented update on financial situation for remainder
of the season. Discussed the current financial situation in relation to fees for
next year. REPORT ACCEPTED.
REGISTRAR’S REPORT
Andy Goodman reported. Registration for next season will be May 6th, and May
17th and July 14th (Late Registration) from 7-9pm at Town Hall.
COACHING EDUCATION REPORT
Ralph Perrotto reported. Player development proposal will be presented at next
month’s meeting.

REFEREE COORDINATOR REPORT

NEW BUSINESS
KEITH CALDWELL / SUMMER FIELD USE
Keith Caldwell of Soccer Edge requested to use ½ field during the summer to run
a training program for 8 weeks. Board decided to deny this request.
2009-2010 FEES
Board discussed fees for next season. Last year’s fees were essentially
break-even for the costs of running the program. Discussed likelihood the costs
of running the program will increase next year. MOTION:
Raise registration fees $5. (U6=$60, U7/U8=$85, U10/U12/U14=$115,
U16/U18/U19=$85) Surcharge from last year will not be assessed. MOTION ACCEPTED.
MOTION: Set family max at $315. MOTION ACCEPTED.
U12 FIELD LINING
Discussed lining another U12 field if we continue to have rain and field #4 is
unplayable.
COW BINGO
The date for Cow Bingo will be May 2, 2009.
SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE
Applications have been received and committee with review them. List of
recipients will be ready by 5/2. The number of scholarships will depend on
amount raised at cow bingo.
SOCCER FOR TOTS
Dan Sullivan has organized a soccer program for ages 3-4 through the Pembroke
Recreation Dept. Program will be on Saturday mornings at the community center
and the cost will be free.
PHS GRADUATION
Pembroke High School graduation is May 30th at 10AM. Games will be rescheduled
so as to not conflict with graduation due to parking and traffic issues.
SNACK BAR / BATHROOMS
Gary Parker will be getting new locks for the snack bar and bathroom due to
vandalism.
WORLD CUP SOCCER CAMP
Michelle Dean presented information about this summer’s World Cup Soccer Camp.
Coaches will be able to attend for free during the 7th and 8th grade session.
Dates of camp are July 6-10th grades 1-6 from 9-3pm, grades 7-8 from 5-8pm.
