SECRETARY'S REPORT
Minutes from June 11, 2008 meeting were reviewed. REPORT ACCEPTED.

OLD BUSINESS

UNIFORMS
Will be ordered and ready for season opener. Need to make sure that the team sponsors are matched up with the correct team and that U10-U14 teams have their pictures taken in t-shirts in the fall for the sponsorship plaques.

FIELD CLEAN UP

TREASURER'S REPORT
Lisa Stoyle presented and reviewed handout with income/expenses for 7/1/07-7/31/2008. We have received check from WCS but have not received money from Dad's Photo. Surcharge at registration will be going to capital improvements fund. REPORT ACCEPTED.

REGISTRAR'S REPORT
Andy Goodman reported on registrations received. Will send out registration updates each week to board via email. We are in need of additional U6 coaches.

COACHING EDUCATION REPORT
Ralph Perrotto reported. Pembroke will not be offering a "G" course this fall. Marshfield is holding course in September. PTUSA Academy will be holding training session in Pembroke this fall at the community center fields for players age 8-13. PYS players will get a 20% discount off fee. For every 10 PYS players signed up PYS will get 1 hour of free coaching from PTUSA.

COASTAL REPORT
No Report REFEREE COORDINATOR REPORT Bill Tholen reported. Fee structure for referees will remain the same in the fall. Mass. Youth Soccer is increasing the minimum age for grade 8 and 9 refs by 1 year effective 9/15/2008. Will continue to use online system for reporting scores. In the spring Board will need to discuss increasing fees for U16-U18 games to be more in line with other towns.

NEW BUSINESS

FIELD USAGE
Discussed fall field usage. Decision made to close field 1A during the fall. Dan Sullivan will meet with Bill Fallon to clarify PHS usage of the fields. Scorpions' soccer club would like to use fields on Sundays this fall. MOTION: Allow Scorpions use of two fields at cost of $2,000 per field. PASSED.

SELECT TEAM TRYOUTS
Selection of select team coaches will be at September board meeting. Tryouts will be held on 9/27/2008 for girls and 10/04/08 for boys.
