SECRETARY’S REPORT: Painting on the fields for District usage would be done by Bill Keeler if he were interested. Minutes accepted and put on file.

TREASURER’S REPORT: We have $22,500 in bank with about $4500 in outstanding bills. As of yet the registration money had not been accounted for. Picture money still coming in. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file.

REGISTRAR’S REPORT: Registration money handed to Treasurer. Player numbers are down. In 2001 we had 1012, in 2002 we had 945, in 2003, so far, we have 733 and Bill expected about 750. U6’s we have 113, and in the U8’s we have 214. Why the decline? Should it be addressed? Internet registration was about 111. Report accepted and put on file.

COASTAL REPORT: MTOC tournament, kids not on roster, the rosters are frozen. Talk about mentor coaches, not all paperwork was being done.

U8 DIVISION: The U8 division now has 22 teams, discussion on breaking into U7 and U8 with two separate Directors.

MTOC SHIRTS: Rockland Athletics to make shirts for teams going to tournament

VOTED AND ACCEPTED: Rockland Athletics would make shirts for tournament.

COACHES’ BAGS: The bags need to be turned in, Fran Squartrito will take them.

UNIFORM COLOR CHANGE: There was discussion about changing colors to red, white and blue.
